1. Introduction:
Bayan Association cares about the comfort of its customers and seeks to provide a comfortable shopping experience. We believe in the importance of customer satisfaction, so we have established some policies to regulate the shopping experience and provide full support for any inquiries.

2-The return or exchange policy in the Bayan Association application

Dear customer, some simple restrictions have been put in place to complete the process of exchanging or returning the goods purchased from the association, which are:
All products sold on our app can be returned, in certain cases, before 24 hours have passed from the time of receipt. Food items cannot be returned (unless they are expired at the time of delivery) and personal products (for example, epilators, shaving machines, swimwear, underwear, newspapers). Magazines, hygiene products, toothbrushes, hair dryers, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Fraudulent, counterfeit, defective, or non-compliant products that do not meet the specifications mentioned on the application can be returned or exchanged.
The product must be returned in the original condition in which it was received.
The process of refunding the value of the product to the customer begins after the result of the quality inspection of the returned product and its acceptance. After completing the inspection process, you have the right, our dear customer, to receive the price of the returned goods in the same way they were paid.
All amounts paid will be refunded in full without deducting any fees such as KNET card fees, shipping, or the like.
The return price will be refunded within three days from the date of acceptance of the return.
How to return or exchange products
In the event that a return request is registered through our customer service at the number listed on the application, before the expiry of 24 hours from receiving the request, and if the request meets all the conditions for the return, our representative will receive the return from the address registered with us.

3-Guarantee

Some products have a warranty, and their warranty period is specified on the product page on the Bayan Association application.
To benefit from the warranty, please submit the original invoice to the authorized maintenance center for your product as shown below.
The warranty does not include malfunctions resulting from misuse, poor installation, breakage, irregular electrical current, exposure of the device to liquid materials or computer viruses, or any repair performed outside the supervision of the company’s approved workshop.
If any maintenance center you visited to benefit from the warranty on a product you purchased from the application cannot help you and solve your problem, please contact the customer service department and we will make every effort to provide you with the best service you deserve.
4- Delivery policy
We will deliver your orders to anywhere in Kuwait within the shortest delivery time.
A signature is required upon receipt of the product on the invoice, and it serves as an acknowledgment that you have received the complete products as shown on the invoice.
If you are not present at the specified address, we will deliver the order to any person present at this address and have him sign the invoice electronically or on a copy of the invoice. When any person present at the address signs the delivery request, it is considered that the customer has received the items on the invoice.
If the address specified by you has been reached and you are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another time to deliver the order.
Delivery prices are available and appear according to the distance of the area from Bayan Cooperative, according to the conditions of the company responsible for delivery.

1- Register on the site
The application form is filled out with correct information, and you represent and warrant that all information provided in the registration form is complete and accurate.
If you register to open an account on the application, your email address/username and password will be requested and you agree to the following:
Keep your password confidential.
Notify us immediately (by contacting Customer Service) if your password is disclosed.
You acknowledge your responsibility for any activity on the application resulting from your disclosure of your password, and that you may be held responsible for any losses arising as a result of this act.
The application has the right, without prior notice or giving reasons, to suspend or cancel your account, or modify the account data, with the obligation to refund the value of any products that you purchased on the site as long as you do not violate these general terms and conditions.
You can cancel your account on the Bayan Association application by contacting us on the customer service number.

2- Return the products and get their value refunded
The process of returning orders is carried out according to the returns page on the application, and it may be amended from time to time. Acceptance of the returned product is at the discretion of the association, and is subject to the laws in force in the State of Kuwait.

Bayan Association does not grant any permissions to use the content or even reformulate or translate it or use the images on our website to any of its clients or competitors.

3- Data confidentiality
All customer personal data is secured by electronic means and advanced codes, so it cannot be tampered with. The customer is committed to keeping all his data and is fully responsible for what happens to his account in the event his information is disclosed to others.
4- Violation of the general terms and conditions
If the customer’s registration request is accepted, it will remain forever unless the customer violates any of the general terms and conditions. In the event of suspicion of violating these conditions, our application has the right to cancel the account or suspend it temporarily and prevent the customer from registering again.
5- Judicial jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
